What is your returns policy?
Where do you ship?
Due to our plantable seed paper packaging, we unfortunately cannot ship internationally at this time. As of now, we are only shipping to the continental US and Canada.
When will my order ship?
Our packages are assembled by hand, usually within 24 to 72 hours. Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 1 P.M. PT will be processed the following Monday. The shipping transit times listed at checkout do not include assembly/processing time.
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you’re unhappy with a product for any reason, please feel free to initiate a return by emailing info@glotanicals.com. ​
